“Slow and Unorganized”

This has been the most exhausting experience for ordering an item online. My order was cancelled for no apparent reason, they said there was problems with my card but when I contacted my bank they told me the merchant never tried to charge it, so I think what happened was they ran out of stock for my item and didn't want to admit the error on their part. I sent several emails and did not get a response, could not call and talk to anyone since they do not take calls only emails. It was so frustrating. I even tried to reorder the item in a different size but the price changed by $120 in one day, ridiculous! I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!
