Great prompt service with a patient and polite agent, was happy to listen to my requirements before patiently providing information. Did not bore me with long irrelevant information but kept it basic to what we were trying to accomplish. In less than half an hour I had a full travel itenerirary sorted, including flights, reasonable payment requirements and a thorough follow up after initial transactions. I didn't like the telephone service as it was always engaged but my agent always rang up when I left messages. Thanks Leo for an amazing service. S...
