“Good service, product & delivery time. Poor Courier...”

I ordered 2 x front and 2 x rear Pagid disks for my Nissan 350Z. The products were provided very quickly and were the correct items for my vehicle - I was really glad that the registration identification system worked well.

What let CarParts4less.co.uk down was the terrible courier, Yodel. According to their website they tried to deliver twice - but this was just 20 minutes apart. I was out, and unlike competitors they didn't bother trying my neighbour. So instead they posted a card through my door with none of the boxes ticked saying what to do next, only "Send Back" scrawled in terrible handwriting on the card. Send back where? To sender? To the depot?

I did manage to redirect the disks to the depot via phone, but the website didn't update to say where the disks were going, and you can't phone anyone to actually get a verbal update. The next day my girlfriend did manage to pick the disks up. This just isn't good enough, especially as I've had deliveries from Yodel before and they are POOR (2 x deliveries slung in my front garden). I won't use CarParts4less.co.uk again unless they change their courier, it is not worth the worry.
