“hope i get a refund”

i placed my order on the 1st November, 3-5 day delivery, hadn't arrived on the 8th, which i was hoping for as it was a birthday present. logged in stocking issues came up, emailed them to day 12th reply was they could get my order from a third member. so offered a refund or different item asked for refund, not holding breath after read reviews. £255.00 gone i guess galaxy 2 pad.if i get the money back i maybe more favourable.
