“Beautiful prom dress, but size was off”

Earlier this year I ordered a prom dress from this store. The dress itself was beautiful, well-made, and the photograph in the store probably didn't really do it justice.
Here's the thing, when I received the dress it didn't fit so well. I was quite upset and contacted them and they immediately agreed to pay for me to have the dress adjusted.
Overall I can't complain, even though they made a mistake with my dress they fixed it and the dress was lovely!
So if you do order here just be sure to be clear about your size etc, but the dresses are good quality for their price!
