Bought the Iphone 5 full unlock on 6th Nov online as O2 aren't unlocking their iphone 5 yet! Was a bit sceptical as didn't get an email response to say was being processed and I tried to track on their web page several times with no joy,tried their online chat with no response and the only number on thier web page is an 0844 number, managed to get hold of the local Sheffield shop phone number and spoke to a guy who took my details and got an apology as said they were having problems with their web site. He said there was a backlog because of this but checked and said mine had been done I just haddn't been notified. Plugged into itunes with non O2 sim and it confirmed my phone is now unlocked and I have now updated to OS 6.0.1 and all is well. All in all would of been nice to have a note on their website saying having technical problems but got there in the end, and only 3 days, Happy customer, would recommend, Thanks
