Poor initial service; unable and unwilling to meet, agreed, return arrangements. We both agree we would probably won't use any branch again.
General Comments
We had a hire car because of an insurance funded repair - we were not at fault. There was loads of confusion in first getting the car but returning it was a nightmare! We arranged collection for a Friday morning and were very precise about this as we were going on holiday. The company failed to collect the car and when we phoned they made all sorts of excuses and suggested leaving the keys under a bin! Can you imagine doing that? No doubt we would face a claim for a stolen car when we returned. If not perhaps they would just ladle on the imaginary damage.
