I just been charged £125.78 from my paypal account, when called to enquiry about this transaction they said that I couldn't cancel the contract. The offer was 6 month free and after 6 months if you werent happy with the service you could cancel, otherwise the payment would be taken. since I transfer my website to 1and1 it stop work, had to transfer it back to the previous provider, cheaper and more reliable, now on the resolution center on paypal, trying to get my money back.
NEVER USE 1and1.
