“Dorothy Perkins absoultley awful, rude and unreasonable”

I ordered a pair of shoes from Dorothy Perkins online at the time there was a £30% sale on i noticed these shoes and liked them straight way but they had no discount and were advertise at £31 which didn't put me off at first. Then i was just going through the website when i realized the exact same shoes i had ordered earlier were discounted in a different color straight away i felt as though i had been cheated and had missed out on a offer all because of there bad advertisement. So i emailed there customer service stating my issues where they 4 days later saying there was nothing they can do because it wasn't stated on the website. Which i was extremely annoyed at but as there was nothing i could do i just left it then when i got the product it was in a broken box just shoved between my bins in a puddle again i didn't complain because the product was in a good condition. then i looked at the bottom of the shoes where i realized i had been over charged in the first place only by a couple of pounds but that wasn't the point i had been so annoyed with them as there advertisement was misleading,and there customer service was unhelpful and unreasonable. So i emailed them again and the response i got was "If a price is advertised, that is the price you will pay at checkout" this made me more angry as i felt the reply was rude and i was having to pay for there wrong advertisement and now there is nothing i can do so don't order online i wish i never had !!!
