“Didn't work. Lost 4 out of 5 tries. Got a refund.”

A week after paying, I got the email with the unlock code. I tried it but it didn't work. My phone had 5 tries and after getting 4 wrong codes (leaving me with only one) I got a full refund. I also had to video the whole procedure (including IMEI).
