“Pay Pal pymts doesn't work here”

I made 2 seperate payments and they never did show they got them but Pay Pal did so had to make a dispute because Jacquie Lawson site cannceled me and never refunded my money. I never had any trouble making payments until I started using Pay Pal. I have gone round and round trying to get some kind of communication with this site. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry.
