"Hey!!! NEW EGG!!!! This is a real customer giving you REAL feedback! You should try making an online order yourself! You make it impossible and filled with unwanted drama.
When you split an order...One must REAUTHORIZE the payment for the other part of the split order but you don't say you split the order! How am I the customer, supposed to know? So I lost a day on my next day delivery that I paid for.
For 2 orders for about 1500.00 dollars I have FIVE!!!! FIVE UPS tracking numbers arriving on different days!!!!
