Bought a Lenovo Laptop which failed to boot to windows after 10 months use. Took it back to store Avonmeads Bristol and was told it had to be sent out of store for repair and they would ring with an update. A week went by and heard nothing so decided to ring customer service who had no record of it. After many frustrating phone calls and no explanation I went to store to find my laptop still sat where I left it, just with some paperwork stuck to it. No one knew anything about it or could give me an explanation without quoting store policy's to me, which as a customer I really am not interested in. They only use the policy excuse when they don't have a valid answer.I asked to speak to the manager who is hopefully going to sort this out for me but Never going there again.
