“The hotel that makes you feel at home!”

You know you have made the right choice at the Marble Arch Thistle the moment you arrive at check-in. In my case, I was offered an upgrade and a quiet room at the back. I also availed of an offer to have the Financial Times-a good read on a Saturday-delivered first thing on Saturday morning. I found it clipped on my door as I was going for breakfast. I had to check out early on Sunday-I appreciated the offer of keeping my bag until later in the day. The location is so convenient-I took the bus tour of London. The restaurant is low key, friendly and very good value. The room was fine and, all in all, this was an excellent hotel experience.
