“Very pleasantly surprised”

This was the first time I had hired a car on the internet, and being from Australia, I must admit that I had never heard of "FASTCarhire" and so was a bit apprehensive. However, everything went wonderfully smoothly. The service was excellent, and the car was practically new and exactly what I had ordered. Often in the past when I have specified a particular make and model I finished with something quite different. The only complaint I have is with the sat/nav (GPS) system which I found very complicated to use, and on a few occasions was tempted to through it out of the window. I have a sat/nav system in my car and it is really simple to use. Be that as it may, I was very happy with "FASTCarhire" and will certainly use them again.
