“Don't pay until you are 100% happy & then hold some back!”

After doing what appeared to be a great job on our new website, flaws begun to appear very quickly. Noticeably the speed of the site. I was accessing websites quicker ten years ago on a dial up modem. I have fibre optic now.

There was no urgency to fix the problem and am now in the process of switching the whole site over to new servers and will probably have to do a complete redesign.

They have tried to extort money to have this transfer done. Only when I told them the next communication from me would be via our solicitors did they agree to do it at no cost.

A real shame, but it seems we aren't alone with these feelings. There are numerous web design companies around and having never left a negative review about any company in 15 years of business, it is with regret that I strongly suggest you take notice and use Creare at your own risk or better still go elsewhere.
