“Easy search, but no control over final provider (Alamo)”

The search for a good price was really good. I got an SUV for US$ 40 a day. Later, I got a voucher for Alamo later.

The service from Alamo was not good. First, it took me over an hour long queue to get my car.
Then, I returned the car with 2 hour delay and I got charged US$54 penalty. I was charge for 2 hours (without any tolerance) more than what I paid for a whole day!

I logged a formal complaint but I have not heard from Alamo yet.
