“Fantastic service and saved me £100 plus”

I used Landlord Direct to rent my property, I know there a few online letting agents to choose from these days but Landlord Direct will actually sign up your new tenants for you. You pay £39 to advertise on Rightmove and the other portals, then they charge the new tenant £40 to set up the new tenancy. Landlord Direct did a tenant reference,credit history, and contacted the tenants employer etc. Then they drew up the tenancy agreement and helped set up rent and deposit payments. What I like about their service is that the cost of setting up the tenancy is free to the landlord, the tenant pays for their own reference and tenancy agreement.The staff were friendly although a little stressed when pushed to complete quickly, but they did a great job.
