No down time and I have been with then a couple of years.
When I upgraded my account they didn't rip me off. They calculated how many days I had left with the credit from the smaller account.
I use the free support and it is brilliant. I get a reply the next day with a resolution to any problem.
They moved my account to a new server and my emails packed up. I emailed support and it was fixed the next day.
I would highly recommend any size of company using FVS.
