“Our lovely new kitchen”

We thought we had sorted out where we were purchasing our new kitchen from but my husband just thought it may be an idea to have a look in Optiplan in Swindon just to be sure that they didn't have anything better. As soon as we walked in to the show room, we could see that they certainly did and although we knew we had to pay a little more, the quality was so much better than any other that we had viewed. We were helped by Matthew Norman who was our kitchen planner and he could not do enough for us. Any ideas we had or any requirements that we felt we would like, he tried his best to accommodate us. He came out to our house and helped us plan our new kitchen although we already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, he made some great suggestions of how to utilise space and showed us all of what was available to us.We then had a surveyor out and she also pointed us in the right direction about a few points. We had our kitchen fitted by Adrian Craske and he was marvellous, nothing was too much trouble. He said any problems after the fitting, just contact him and he would pop out which true to his word he has. The granite company that Optiplan use are also very efficient. They came out to do the templating and came three weeks later to fit our lovely new work surfaces. We arevery pleased with Optiplan in Swindon and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
