“Very dissapointed”

I am very annoyed with this company, and I don't understand why they have not yet been shut down? Selling FAKE tickets to fans who are desperate to see their idol. Me and my friend bought Ed Sheeran tickets in January, for his gig TONIGHT (29th October) at the Birmingham, Ballroom. The tickets never arrived, after they promised that they were in the post when we rang them up. Me and my friend are absolutely heart broken by this, as we were really looking forward to this for months. Not to mention that we payed double the price for these tickets. £60 each for standing. My friend who ordered them, is now struggling to claim her money back. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be making a complaint about this website, and try and get it shut down. This is not right at all.
