“efficient,fast,friendly”

found the agent very good,though i spotted the flight on line initially,another flight was put my way even better timings etc and only a tad more expensive,delighted with the speed of it all,well done hoodaki.Only critisism was after the booking etc, then was told a fee of £10 would be added on,should really i feel be told before the booking and credit card details.
