WRITE A REVIEW

“Appalling service. Be warned !”

I purchased a discontinued item online and was sent a different item.
When I explained the problem via email they replied with a spam email stating "return item...blah blah".
I replied and asked if soemone can locate the missing item as it isn't available to order any longer as I purchased the last one.
The reply I received was the usual "return item via..blah".
I realised I was not dealing with a reputable company as I thought I was.
Just a usual run of the mill grabby uncaring company.
So, beware if they cause problems with our order as they are not willing nor bothered to correct it.
I won't use this company again and I bet all my blog followers won't either :)
