“a company filled with liers”

I booked the tickets from Bravofly and cancelled them because of personal reasons.

first lie: they told me that they never received my email reply on the refund details which I replied back to them.

second lie: they told me that they had refunded me to my debit card which didn't happen. btw, when I called them in a different occasion about refund, they told me that they weren't able to refund back to my card.

third lie: they told me that their manager would call but you won't receive it.

I complaint but they just said they were sorry...

avoid it with all cost!

PS i still didn't get my refund after 4 month they promised to refund me.
