“Very good service”

I purchased a ladies bike from Bikes2u and there was some slight damage to the basket. I emailed them and they responded immediately, requesting photographic evidence. Once I provided this they dispatched a brand new upgraded basket and did not ask for the damaged one back. All in all, fantastic service.
