I have to say after wasting an afternoon trying to solve a windows SMTP problem, i contacted live support and was put through to Pollard S. He had helped me with the problem previously and as i had to migrate, i could not remember all things we had done. He was very fast, extremely friendly, helpful and solved the problem!! plus he took the time to explain everything to me without rushing to end the chat session. 5/5 top marks!
