“Avoid them they are Dreadful”

Avoid them at all costs. I purchased a couple of tops from them which were dispatched using the joke of a courier that is called Yodel. I had to wait 9 days for it to be delivered even though you have to pay £4 for delivery and their website states next day delivery. There customer service team are so rude and unhelpful its untrue. When I rang to complain about the non delivery (several times) the attitude from them stank. There was no apology or interest shown in trying to sort the problem out. They wouldn't refund my delivery cost. The lady on the phone said that its not unreasonable to wait 31 days for delivery. What a load of rubbish. I shall not be using them again. Stay away unless you like poor service.
