If you have a problem with Currys do not phone their premium rate 0870 or 0844 phone numbers. Instead call freephone 0800 0665833 and ask to be put through to the store of your choice. You will save yourself a a good deal of money on phone calls. Trying to speak to a store manager is incredibly difficult as they will go to great lengths to avoid you. Be persistent if you have a problem. Remember there are alternatives. Big companies such as Currys would preper not to deal with the office of fair trading and even less with Trading Standards.
