“Excellent Customer Service - No Really.”

Just bought a washing machine from Currys' website and was nervous given the reviews about customer service. To cut a long story short, our old machine broke down on Thursday. I ordered from Currys on Saturday and they delivered on Sunday for just a £10 delivery charge. No other shop could offer any better than a 3 day turn around and many were unable to quote a delivery date as they were in the hands of their suppliers (Bosch).

I then got an email Saturday night confirming that the delivery would be between 1pm and 5pm, followed by a text on Sunday morning to say everything was on track. Finally I got a phone call at 12:40 to say the delivery would be at 1pm. It arrived on the dot and the delivery drivers were polite and helpful.

They were also very competitive on price.

For those who suspect my motives! I have absolutely no connection with Currys.
