After a problem with a site that I manage I contacted Dataflame technical support at 11:30 (local time) on a Saturday evening. The next morning I had received an email back to say that the problem had been resolved. On checking it was all back up.
I really was not expecting to get the problem fixed until after the weeekend (especially because of the time difference) and was pleasantly surprised at the speedy resolution of this problem.
