“Domain transferred from an uncooperative host”

My Review starts at the beginning..
i had registered my domain with xyz.com but wished to switch..
Shawn and Aaron (Both Representative's in which i have been assigned) have been extremely helpful with giving me the necessary information to Transferring, prior to this i was instructed to tell xyz.com to switch the IPS key to WEBHOSTINGUK , which reassuringly enough i thought they had,
Round 2 came round (in which i spoke to Shawn) I was suprisingly told, I needed to ask them again, thankfully enough Shawn told me I didn't need to worry about anything on WebHosting UK's end as it's completely Automated and I would recieve an email stating when the transfer is complete.

Summary

I Highly Recommend Them, Customer Service was top Notch along the way and and as I managed to Transfer to a 2 Year Registration for a Tenner, That.. alone is very cheap..
