“Good customer service”

I have been ripped off by two website before that claimed to be able to unlock my phone. Both of them where just pushing free software that simply jailbreaks your phone. Never able to get any customer support from them and never got my iPhone unlocked.

So I did some reading up and discovered factory unlocking and a few companies offering the service. I decided upon iunlox as they had a few reviews (on this and another site) that seemed genuine i.e. not all 5 stars saying the sun shone out of their a$$.

So after I actually spoke to a real human via telephone I was pretty convinced they were the real deal and ordered.

Very pleased with the service I received, was even able to talk to them on the phone while I finished the unlock in iTunes.

Exceptional customer service, and above all else, their unlocks are genuine (as in completed in iTunes) and they work.

5 stars, highly recommended.
