I love Amazon, and use it weekly. Its my favourite shop, stocking almost everything i want.

The prices are normally but not always the cheapest price around.

The customer service is outstanding, even when it is not the companies fault, i.e. often the delivery company are in the wrong.

Delievery is normally speedy.

The website is easy to use, and i love the wish list feature, which is so handy.

I buy 75% of my xmas presents from Amazon.

You can relay on this company to do their best for you.
