“Terrible customer service ! Rude manager !”

I purchased an iPad less than 14 days ago however when I got it home and opened the box I knew instantly I didn't want to keep it as it is almost a carbon copy of the iPhone but larger which I already have. I tried to return the iPad to comet to which I was told I would not be entitled to a refund as it had been opened, never mind the fact it was all
Still in the original packaging ! Hello how do you know if you want something of not without opening the box ! The manager was so rude to me and his attitude was appalling. It is safe to
say I will never be buying anything from comet again ! No where around the shop does it state the goods have to be unopened. Absolutely abismal.
