I ordered two canvas prints on the 16 August. I waited about a month and one arrived looking very good. The second arrived with red eye. I had paid extra for this to be removed. I emailed 1 clickprint and they said they would send me another copy. This was never received. I returned the red eye print at a cost of £3 even though thy said they didn't need it back as I thought it might prompt them into sending me the replacement. Despite many emails I was let down. Have now been waiting two months and I have asked for a refund but have not received a refund and they no longer respond to my emails. Very let down. Would not recommend or order again. I already know another person who has also been let down by this company and received smudgy prints.
