after using these 3 times lets say this last time was not good service. We collected our car from the driver who disappeared very quickly before we even opened our doors. After opening back doors i now know why! our carpet was full of muddy/oily boot marks!
couldnt understand why my coat had been moved off the back seat, i contacted them yesterday by e-mail and got a very rude abrupt reply! Paul said it will be due to staff training! An extra 20 miles was added onto our mileage too!
As it was the middle seat in the back the car must have been full! Im pretty sure other companies do not use other peoples cars for training!
Needless to say we wont be using them again! I will make sure the next company i use will already have trained staff!
