What can I say, shopping at Loveclothing.com was honestly the WORST online shopping experience I have ever come across!
I would advise anyone to NEVER use them, they are unprofessional to say the least!
Firstly, they took my money for something that was out of stock, and only told me 2 days after the purchase was made. Instead of just refunding it they made me chose something else of the same value, which I did. They assured me I would receive a refund if I didn't like the alternative.
Well....it wasn't that i didn't like the alternative, but when it arrived, the garment packaging and actual garment was screwed up, COVERED IN BROWN DIRT, and snagged and unwearable.
Of course I returned it, but it's getting my refund that is proving difficult!!!!
Their customer service standards are TERRIBLE! They claim on their website that if you email them they email back the same day, I have sent several emails over the last few weeks and I have receieved NO replies!
I must have rang them about 15 times, I have left countless answer machine messages, but surprise, no one rings me back!
I have got through to the same employee 'Amy' each of the 3 times the phone has been answered out of the 15+, and each time she either promises to call me back BUT DOESN'T, or tells me to ring back in a few days! I have been told to 'ring back in a few days' 3 times now.
They also claim on their website:
"If your problem still isn't solved within 3 emails then it is our promise to call you at a time when it is convenient for you. THAT'S OUR PROMISE."
-which they have proven to be absolutely nonsense!!!
I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH SINCE MY FIRST ORDER, A MONTH SINCE I RETURNED THE ITEM FOR A REFUND AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR A DIRTY, FAULTY ITEM!!!! I get the feeling I will never see my money again!!
So girls and guys, take your business to Asos or Topshop/Topman... they would never treat a customer like this!!
