“BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

After my daughter chose her bike, it was delivered promptly but unfortunately the front wheel could not be fixed to the forks due to the welding being wrong. After e-mailing Bikes2U Direct, they replied that they would send out another bike and pick the other one up. This happened the very next day !! I've never had such good customer service ! My daughter was absolutely delighted as it was her birthday so came on time. And the bike is fantastic too !!!
