“Disappointed”

I ordered my second bike with Bikes2udirect and the same problem, missing bolt for the seat clamp. Twice they sent out the same bolt. Lots of emailing back and forth ands turns out they don't check the orders before being despatched due to their high workload! I eventually went to halfords for help who sold me a part for £3.99 and told me that the bolt didn't belong to the part on my bike! Bikes2udirect refunded me a measly £5 for all the hassle and time wasted. Will never be doing business with them again!
