“Great customer service”

I was struggling to find decent rugby protection for my ten year old in the shops and this website had the best selection.
One was out of stock but a lady rang me the same day with an alternative which arrived the next day.
The original choice came in the following day and again she rang and had this delivered at no extra choice the day after.
The items were delivered within the hour the courier had specified, no waiting in all day.
I have kept both tops, a Gilbert and an Optimum, both do the job (less bruises) and are good quality.
