“worst customer service”

You can only communicate with this company by email. It takes 24 hours to get an answer. My daughter couldn't tell if a pair of shoes was in men's or women's size. She ordered them and and then we found out they were men's sizes. We tried to cancelled the order 12 hours after we made it but because you can only email they said it was too late. I know have a pair of $185 soccer shoes I can't return. I would never work with a company that doesn't have a phone number you can call again.
