Really helpful service and easy to use. :) I especially like that it's done through wordpress, which meant that it was a platform that was familiar to people. As well as, being able to choose the name of my site which was fun...although I haven't found out what happens if I'd like to change the /com name of my site. But I'm not concerned as the even, over the phone, service is excellent.
