“Good, clear printer friendly instructions”

I found the hotel I wanted quite easily on the website after trawling through other sites. I liked the price and booked it. The instructions were written clearly and I had no reason to question anything. I have already recommended Alpha rooms to friends and family and I will certainly use them again when I take my grandchildren away next year.
