The mail order service from this company is a joke. Ordered on line. Account says order closed 7th October, it's now 13th. Money taken out of my bank account. No items received. Email sent, no reply received. This mail order service is a joke and the charge they make for delivery would suggest 1st class..not NON class. Will never order from this company on line again.
