“very confused ?”

after ordering a surprise birthday cake with specific delivery date was horrified to discover on delivery day it was still being processed,rang to ask what was happening blamed a new system set up couldnt even find my order although i had confirmation with all the details on said that they would ring back in ten mins after waiting an hour rang them back to be told there was confusion as there where two birthday cakes with dad on but one was for an eighty year old and mine was for a sixty five year old?asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 3 days.this didnt help my fathers birthday surprise and was left very disappointed didnt even offer a good will gesture or to deliver it on another day.
