“Very happy despite previous reviews”

Like many people I read some of the reviews after my bike was damaged and I made an insurance claim via tesco insurance who use wheelies bike replacement.
With some trepidation I boxed my bike up for collection.
Have to say, excellent service, my Dawes galaxy was replaced with a ridgeback panorama which is a far superior bike.
I was only insured upto £1000 but wheelies direct negotiated my excess to be waived if I paid the difference.
Very fair, very swift, very happy.
Don't pay too much attention to previous reviews some people only post bad news !
