“Terrible customer service”

I have ordered twice from this company. First time was OK. A bit slow on the delivery, but got a good price. Second time was a nightmare. The order got cancelled because of a "mistake in the warehouse", and the money I paid with VISA got held ransom for 10 days before they bounced back into the account. onlinegolf.co.uk asked me to "place the order again", but that is not very appealing when the stuff I ordered in the first place were either out of stock or had become more expensive.

This was poorly handled by customer service, and unfortunately I have to advice people to order from a more serious online store. If something goes wrong with your order, onlingolf.co.uk won't try to redeem the situation.

Look around a bit and you will find better alternatives.
