“Awful company to deal with, shocking”

Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line for next day delivery. When they did not arrive had to contact customer services multiple times to enquire where they were only to eventually get the response that they were 'lost in transit'. No tracking number, no details, just 'lost'.

Have had to chase up a refund myself which I have still not had so basically going to get a refund through my CC company - no apology, no response to e-mails.

Should have researched on-line before as many, many people have similar issues with them. Heed my warning - don't be tempted to buy from these people!
