“Great customer support.”

I will gladly recommend this company as it is rare to find customer service like this nowadays, particularly when dealing with internet based organisations.

Not only was I able to actually talk to a real person in the flesh via telephone, they were actually based in the UK (not a call center in India) and were extrememly knowledgeable. I also spoke with "Justine" via live chat and again the assistance I received was excellent.

As far as the unlocking process went, it was simple. It took about a week to recieve an email stating it was ready, and then all I had to do was connect my iphone in itunes and swap a sim over and it was done, literally took seconds.

Again I can't say enough good things about this level of customer service I recieved from this company, it was a real pleasure dealing with them.

10 out of 10 from me.
