“Trouble free trip”

The choice of hotels was extensive. Choosing a "mystery hotel" might have been a risk but I was certainly not disappointed.
The process of booking was straightforward and was easily accomplished.
Needless to say I was VERY happy with the hotel. It was very comfortable, quiet and friendly.
I was most impressed that Hotel Direct contacted the hotel shortly before my visit to "double check"the arrangements.
The booking and my stay in London was a great success and I will certainly use Hotel Direct when I next need to find a suitable hotel.
